Andrew Smith
Registered Massage Therapist
After completing my teaching degree, my wife and I (and four kids) spent the next 12 years living in the Northwest Territories and Yukon before returning home to Fredericton in 2017. The opportunity to return to school to become an RMT has allowed me to continue my passion for working with people in a career that offers many physical and psychological healing benefits.
Upon graduating from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage, I pursued a solo practice where I currently provide therapeutic, sports and temporomandibular massage for a wide variety of clients. I also divide my time volunteering with the University of New Brunswick competitive cross-country and track & field teams. These experiences have strengthened my knowledge and expertise in assessing and treating numerous musculoskeletal issues, including repetitive use injuries, muscle strains, postural imbalances, neck/shoulder/back/hip pain, tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction and a multitude of other health conditions.
